On Friday, March 27, 2009, the Broward ASPIRA Annual Youth Summit  "Your Future...Your Choice" took place at DeVry University from 9am to 4pm.  Close to 150 Aspirantes, local dignitaries, and community leaders were in attendance.

Our students participated in lecture style workshops covering various topics such as College Preparedness, Communication and Networking Skills, Substance Abuse and Violence Prevention, Financial Literacy, Career Awareness, Gang Avoidance, Etiquette, Entrepreneurship and Life Skills.

Miramar, FL.  Broward Aspirantes again demonstrated their penchant for exemplary leadership by garnering 6 of the 7 officer positions in the ASPIRA Clubs Federation of Florida (ACFF) elections.
